But he is also the luckiest man to ever grace the earth, Period. After coming across a DVD that when played sent a girl hurling out of his television screen, his life became a lot more complicated. Not only does he get to live life without ever needing to spare a dime, he is also always surrounded by a plethora of women.

Due to constant interaction with the hypernet, Chiitsu has some how manifested a peculiar metatalent. When the probability of death of someone he cares about rises above 85% he is able to force computers and all forms of technology to bend and reformat to his will. Evalynn Pinkada is an A.I construct grafted with the DNA of scientist Diaz and his wife Mistress Akari. Built in 2002 in the form of a 27 year old female. Created using super advanced technology, along with Mistress Akari and his very own DNA. He created Eva to be the most user friendly Operating System ever!

Eva was terminated after a freak accident after the Shonen Punk Tactical Defense Unit’s First battle with Brisa and Alekusa. She was later resurrected by the Pinkada Twins - Moz and Boi, in an all new chasis with more enhancements than her last body had.

Nekoru Pinkada, Neko-chan to her friends and family. She Used to be Chii’s pet cat, though often thought of as a daughter. After being injured almost fatally Eva was able to bring her back tp life using some kind of magical school girl powers via a download from the hypernet.

As she matures she seems to be picking up habits from her “mother” Eva. Considering she’s lived to see Eva die and then return, it’s a miracle that she’s not off collecting heads humming “I’ve got a lovely bunch of coconuts”

Tenshi Pinkada is the second Pinkada wife. Born from a collaboration between URD(underworld research and development) and Veltar Industries. She was designed to be the First ever A.I powered O.S for Veltar. After Veltar was dissatisfied with the end result they stopped all further plans for these new O.S’s. Later Moz tricked her into visiting Eva where upon she decided to marry Chii as well.

Although She plays more of a best friend role in Chii’s life these days. She’s still just as wild as she ever was. With no signs of ever slowing down!

Alekusa Tamadan used to be Chii’s best friend and drawing buddy all through out High School. But after Eva arrived he took the back seat, eventually hooking up Chii’s now ex-girlfriend Brisa and eloped together. They were last seen when they attacked The school causing the gang to use the firewall zero mecha. A battle proven to be fatal for Alekusa as The very source of his powers - The invaders turned on him, devouring him alive.

Brisa Kirikawa is Chii’s Ex-girlfriend. She dated Chii until Eva came and stole him away. But she never did give up. She even tried to get him back when they were stuck in the hypernet She is the definitive psycho girlfriend. And will never realize that Chii has made his choice, whether it be an answer she wants or not.

Fiiru Kuraka is an aspiring actor who stumbled into the Pinkada family while at an anime convention with his Studios psychomese kitty Productions cohorts. Eri-chan and Andy-kun. Upon gazing at Eva’s lovely tits he decided to stay with them…. PERMANENTLY!!

He tends to end up the but of a lot of the gang’s cruel humor, but that doesn’t seem to phase him too much. Over the years he’s grown to have a sibling-like friendship with Boi, as they both are pretty lecherous.

Eri-chan is one of those girls that makes you wonder just what exactly is going through her head. She is constantly referring to her favorite Japanese snack- Pocky, as if it were alive. Pocky-chan never seems to die, she just acts like if it embodies all pocky she touches.

She first met up with the gang while attending an anime convention with Fiiru and their friend Andy-kun. deciding to ditch him in favor of more pocky she took it upon her self to move in with Chii and friends. She kind of disappears from time to time, usually when she’s gotten lost at the super market, which she will sometimes stay lost for months and months living off their pocky stock.

Sam Patterson thinks he’s “A Mo fucking pimp daddy”. Eva Met Sam at an on-campus bar back when her and Chiii were broken up. He calls everyone jimmy and gropes all the girls, the biggest pervert out of them all. He’s also a big asshole. At some point he’s seemed to become some sort of undead-type being, always regenerating after being cut in half or exploded to pieces.

Nici-Fuu is a replication of the Eva OS source code. reverse-engineered by Veltar Academy’s Defense Tech division. She is powered by a Gropecell. A power cell which is replenished by groping her breasts. Her power cell and breasts were later upgraded when Chiitsu’s G.A.R system rewrote her source code for its wants and needs.

Moz and Boi are the scientific wonder team known as the Pinkada twins. Well renowned in the mad scientist field and often herald as the most iconic of their time. Considering their young age they are truly geniuses. having created an A.I. with its own self teaching and ever learning logics system. Boi has also picked up listening to psychobilly and drinking tsk tsk for such a young lad.

Moz is a bit more psychotic than her counterpart- Boi. If anythings going wrong you can bet if its not Eva’s fault its probably hers. even if she doesn’t fess up to it. Since she likes to look at Chii and Eva as her personal guinea pigs.

Diaz is one of the head programmers and developers of Underworld Research and Development, also called U.R.D. He was hired by Donzor of Veltar Industries to design a ground breaking O.S for veltar. he instead created Tenshi. when Donzor was unpleased he got upset . In a fit of Anger he began to create Eva OS from what he learned while making Tenshi.

This time utilizing technology and the DNA of his wife Akari and his own. He has popped up a few times since then. The last time he brought in Asuka what was to be an Eva replacement model. Built to resmble the ripe young age of 16. He then returned again to install the ERP (emotional responsive Power cells) into the Shonen Lagann mech unit. Which with the aid of Chii’s G.A.R System was able to become the King DaiShonen Kaiser Lagarr.

Mistress Akari is Eva’s Mother and co-founder of U.R.D. She seems to have both technological know-how and supranatural abilities. She is always accompanied by her assistant Zombofo. Little is known about him at all. But Akari on the other hand has tried time and time again to catch Diaz, who is always on the run from her and to reclaim Eva for unknown reasons. After the Hypernet incident She decided to shy away from recapturing Eva. Instead she focused on making clones of her daughter trying to correct repeated flaws in their design.

Andrew Tahatasetsu is the genius behind Veltar and Brigade Zero Industries Mecha lines. Having been the chief engineer of the Veltar Academy Defense unit for a few years he has had a lot of growing experience. After the rise of the Shonen Punk Empire he joined forces with Diaz and the Twinz to form BZI, Brigade Zero Industries. The most advanced corporation in the field of biological and technological technologies.

Asuka Diaz is the third Daughter of Diaz. Unlike Eva and Tenshi, She was built with a more younger looking design appearing around teh age of 16. She was created for Chiitsu after the Death of Eva. In deal with the Pinkada Twins, He let them use Eva’s original Hard Drive, While he would use Eva’s Emotional Drive system to power Asuka. While Tenshi’s design was built for everyday use and Eva Designed for Intimate use, Asuka was designed for Protection & Militant use.
